Image Use & Viewing Agreement
1. Digital Viewing & Social License Upon delivery of this gallery, MPMeyers Photography (The Photographer) grants you (The Client) a non-exclusive, personal-use digital license. This allows you to:
View images within the online gallery.
Download "Web-Sized" files (if provided) for personal social media sharing.
Keep digital copies for personal, non-commercial viewing.
2. No Independent Printing The Client does not have the right to print or reproduce these images at home, through third-party retail labs, or any other printing service. All physical products—including prints, canvases, and albums—must be ordered directly through the Photographer’s professional lab linked within this gallery. This ensures the highest quality control and color accuracy for your images.
Quality Assurance & Color Calibration
"To ensure the artistic integrity of your portraits, we require all prints to be fulfilled through our professional partner labs. Consumer-grade printing labs often use automated color correction and lower-quality inks that can result in inaccurate skin tones, loss of detail, and fading over time. By ordering through this gallery, you are guaranteed archival-quality products that are color-calibrated to match the Photographer’s professional monitors, ensuring your memories look exactly as they were intended to be seen."
3. Prohibited Uses This license is for personal, digital use only. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Printing or reproducing images outside of the provided gallery shop.
Selling, licensing, or sub-licensing the images to third parties.
Using the images for business branding or commercial advertisements.
Entering the images into contests or submitting them to publications.
"The use of screenshots for printing or social sharing is strictly prohibited as it results in significantly degraded image quality."
4. Artistic Integrity & Editing The Client agrees not to alter the images in any way. This includes, but is not limited to: applying filters, changing color balances, or heavy cropping. The Photographer’s work is delivered as a finished product representing their professional brand.
5. Gallery Access & Storage This gallery will remain active for 90 days. After this period, the gallery will be archived. It is the Client’s responsibility to finalize all print orders and download any included digital files before the expiration date.
